Shipping & Returns


We want your experience with DEMDACO and our products to be an enjoyable one.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will accept your return for a full refund of your purchase price if the return is made within 30 days of original purchase.

Return Authorization

Please check your order in full upon receipt.  If damage in shipment occurs please contact us immediately so that we may report the claim to our shipping providers. 

Any missing or damaged merchandise must be reported through our customer service department within 30 days of shipment.

All returns require a return authorization number (RMA#).  All return shipments must have the RMA# written on the outside of the box or carton(s).  We will credit your account for the merchandise that has been reported to our customer support team.  A restocking fee may be assessed for any unauthorized item returned.

Consumer Shipping Information

Shipping typically occurs within 72 hours of order placement, however, please allow up to 5-10 days for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery is limited to the 50 United States and we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping cost is based off order total for standard products. DEMDACO reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Wholesale Shipping Information

All wholesale orders are charged a flat freight percentage. Freight charges are factored based on the list price of the items invoiced. All shipments are FOB Edgerton, KS. Please contact customer support to obtain flat rate guidelines.
