  3. Information We Automatically Collect.  We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or other technologies to automatically collect certain information when you use our Site or App, or interact with our emails or advertisements on our Site, our App, or other websites. A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. These technologies may allow us to automatically collect information such as your IP address, geolocation data, unique user ID, cell phone model, operating system and carrier, and Internet Service Provider. We also may collect information about your use of our Services, such as the time you spend using the Site or App, the number of times you return, whether you click-through, open, or forward links, e-mails, and ads, and other Service usage data. These technologies, such as cookies, also allow us to keep track of your order as you shop on our Site or App, to recognize registered users when they visit, and to provide those customers with information and advertising that is more relevant to them. If you register with or order from us, we may use cookies or other technologies to monitor and maintain information about how you use our Services and what you buy. If you do not register with or buy from us, we may monitor and maintain information about your use in order to improve your shopping experience and provide you with more relevant content and advertising.
  4. Tracking Options and California Do Not Track. You may adjust your browser settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Services or take full advantage of our offerings. Even without a cookie, you can still take advantage of most of the features of our Site, including making a purchase, but we will not be able to recognize you as a registered user unless you log in. Our system may not respond to Do Not Track requests or headers from some or all browsers. We may use certain service providers to provide you with more relevant online advertising based on your activities on our Site and third-party sites. To learn more about, or to opt-out of, service provider use of this information, please click here. We may also use technologies, such as our own cookies, to provide you with online advertising tailored to your interests. To opt-out of our cookies used for this online advertising, please click here. For certain service providers, such as social media platforms, and on your mobile device, you can adjust your privacy and advertising settings to limit your tracking for advertising or to control whether you receive more relevant advertising.
  5. Information Collected From Other Sources. We may obtain information about you from other sources, including social networks that you use to connect with us. This information may include your name, user name, demographic information, updated address or contact information, interests, and publicly-observed data, such as from social media and online activity.
  6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

DEMDACO does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

DEMDACO may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to DEMDACO, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

DEMDACO may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on DEMDACO or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of DEMDACO; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of DEMDACO, or the public.

Tracking User Behavior

DEMDACO may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within DEMDACO, in order to determine what DEMDACO services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within DEMDACO to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by DEMDACO. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the DEMDACO website.

Use of Cookies

The DEMDACO website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize DEMDACO pages, or register with DEMDACO site or services, a cookie helps DEMDACO to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same DEMDACO website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the DEMDACO features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the DEMDACO services or websites you visit.

DEMDACO secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. DEMDACO uses the following methods for this purpose:

•SSL Protocol

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.
